1. Legal Assistance
- Legal Guidance and Representation: Assisting refugees with understanding their rights and navigating legal processes related to documentation, refugee status, and employment.
- Advocacy for Refugee Rights: Engaging with local and international bodies to advocate for refugee protection and ensure compliance with refugee laws.
2. Physical Protection
- Housing Consultation: Helping refugees secure safe and affordable housing to ensure physical protection and stability.
- Safety and Security Coordination: Ensuring refugees’ safety through coordination with local authorities and community structures, offering emergency assistance when needed.
3. Ongoing Support
- Cultural Orientation: Assisting refugees in adapting to life in Uganda by providing cross-cultural understanding programs that promote integration into host communities.
