Innovative Solutions for a Brighter Future

After escaping the devastation of war or persecution, one of the most powerful ways refugees can rebuild their lives with dignity and peace is by gaining the opportunity to work and earn a living.

Refugees For Prosperity (RFP) is dedicated to promoting livelihoods and economic inclusion for refugees. We advocate for their right to work and provide the support they need to be

Sponsor A Refugee Child Today

Your support can transform the life of a refugee child. By sponsoring, you provide hope, education, and a brighter future not just for one child, but for an entire family. Sponsor one refugee child and transform the lives of a big family. We are seeking generous individuals who can sponsor different children and make a profound difference today.

Girl Leadership Development Training

Refugees For Prosperity presents the Girl Leadership Development Training program to empower young refugee girls. The program focuses on education, sports, and skill-building to foster leadership qualities and self-confidence. It provides academic support, mentorship, and workshops to help girls excel in their studies, develop teamwork and resilience, and prepare for future careers. Join us in creating a brighter future for refugee girls by supporting the next generation of leaders.

Our Work

Our work enables Refugee youth to take action that positively impacts their own lives. We believe that each Refugee young man and woman has the potential to lead a productive life and contribute positively to society.

Feeding the family is a daily struggle for many refugees, but with a small helping hand as groups of refugee women, has been able to start thriving small businesses to support their families.

Uganda has been hosting refugees since 1959. Uganda is as well the largest refugee-hosting country in Africa fifth-largest host in the world with over 1.7 million refugees and asylum seekers. Refugees live alongside local hosting communities in peaceful coexistence sharing natural resources and accessing the same social services.

Uganda has been recognized globally for having one of the most progressive open-door refugee policies: Uganda is also well advanced in the implementation of the comprehensive Refugee Framework (CRRF)
